Radiofrequency Microneedling

Secret RF is an FDA approved, advanced microneedling machine that combines the benefits of microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy offering a highly effective solution for various skin concerns to enhanced skin rejuvenation and collagen production. It is designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks and uneven skin texture.

During a Secret RF treatment, the machine creates tiny microchannels in the skin using a handpiece equipped with tiny needles. These microchannels stimulate the body’s natural healing response, prompting the production of new collagen and elastin fibers. Additionally, the Secret RF device delivers controlled RF energy into the deeper layers of the skin, further boosting collagen remodeling and tightening.

One of the significant advantages of Secret RF is its versatility. The machine’s adjustable depth settings allow for customized treatments based on your specific needs and concerns. It can effectively target different areas of the face, neck and body, including the delicate skin around the eyes and neck.

The procedure itself is relatively straightforward and well-tolerated. Before the treatment, a numbing cream is typically applied to ensure comfort. The handheld device is then gently moved across the targeted area, creating the microchannels and delivering the RF energy. The treatment duration varies depending on the size and number of areas being treated, but it generally takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

The collagen-stimulating effects of the treatment can lead to long-lasting improvement in skin texture, tone, and firmness along with  with gradual improvements in the skin’s appearance over time. One of the key benefits of Secret RF compared to other microneedling machines is its minimal downtime. Other machines can be very painful and have a prolonged downtiem. While some redness and mild swelling can be expected immediately after the treatment, it typically subsides within a day or two. You are able to resume their daily activities immediately after the procedure. However, it’s important to follow our post-treatment instructions to optimize your results and minimize any potential side effects.

A: Significant improvements in skin quality can be seen after the first session of treatment. The results become more visible 6 to 8 weeks after treatment, with optimal outcomes expected 3 to 6 months after completing at least 3 to 4 sessions.

A: Patients will require 3 to 4 treatment sessions to achieve noticeable results. However, the number of sessions depends on the desired results and the severity of the skin condition. Some patients may need more treatments to achieve their desired outcome.

A: Because the aging process continues over time, the results of Secret RF Microneedling treatment are not permanent but they are long lasting. But you can sustain your results with maintenance treatments 1 to 3 times per year.

A: Secret RF Microneedling treatment is minimally invasive, with minimal to no downtime compared to traditional microneedling and other RF microneedling machines on the market. The slight heating during the procedure helps close off bleeding from the micro-injuries. Healing typically takes as short as 24 hours, although deeper procedures for scars and stretch marks may require 2 to 3 days to heal.

A: You may experience mild side effects such as minor redness and slight burning sensation similar to a sunburn. Discomfort is to be expected but is manageable.
